You can use PointCast.com "implementations, ideas and designs" (from here defined as PCN) in perpetuity development, modification, re/sub-license and unlimited deployment, if you agree to:
1. Attribution: You will provide proper attribution to PCN and agree to do same on anything derived or inspired by PCN.
2. Registration: You will register/verify yourself and take reasonable steps to make sure no one other than yourself (a registered user) is able to access PCN. (You verify your ID via PayPal for $1.00)
3. Legal: Any disputes will be via attribution where loser pays for all the legal costs and all the dispute related expenses in addition to determined damages and interest. You agree that there are no warranties in using PCN, PCN has no liabilities. You agree to PCN Intellectual property.
Portions of PCN utilize or include third party OS software, that you must also comply with. This is the entire agreement and supersedes others. The license may be modified from time to time within the same spirit. You agree that damages of the PCN IP are incalculable (at minimum $1 million USD per violation). The license is governed by the laws of the State of California.
